A Letter From The Coffee Grower's Daughter
Growing up in the highlands of Vietnam as the oldest daughter of poor coffee farmers, hard work and perseverance became a big part of my life. I want to share my endless ambitions with you, our valued customers, and our community.
Coffee has always been at the heart of everything I have done. I spent most of my childhood on the farm, often sleeping through the night beneath a plastic tarp strung between two coffee trees. From the age of six, I helped my father plant coffee trees, and every season his work ethic and ambition brought us and the coffee closer together. After a childhood spent beneath coffee trees, I have learned first hand the Truth about coffee. My life journey has always been lined with coffee trees, and my goal now is to help others taste the Truth of Bon Mua Oregon Coffee.
In a world where sustainability and profitability are becoming synonymous, we know that our success is inextricably tied to the prosperity of our customers, employees, and the communities around them. Every dollar made by Bon Mua Oregon will be shared to support local charities & support the Education Foundation established by our team. As we continue to grow, we can promise that our customers, growers, and our community will be at the center of everything we do.
Lan Marberry
"When speaking of Bon Mua Oregon, we cannot adequately do so without eliciting the magnificent elegance and wisdom of Lan Marberry, Proprietress and Beautiful Energy behind the Truly unparalleled and incomparable Coffee and Pepper grown and exported directly from the lush Hillside Coffee Plantation owned and operated by Lan's Father in Southwest Vietnam when she was young.
I was fortunate enough to sit with Lan and watch her perform an unfortettable coffee Ceremony at her home in Salem, Oregon. I was filled with the Love and Respect Lan exuded as she expertly performed this Spiritual Ceremony. It will remain a unique and unforgettable part of my Life."
